Type: 2nd alarm.
 

Details: Small, single-story, single-family, occupied house. Fireplace coals placed in can outside under eaves flared up and fire entered the concealed space between the original flat roof and remodel peaked roof. Substantial damage to the house, one adult and four children displaced.
